Japanese Goju Ryu Karate, Martial Arts & Specialized Programs
We have a variety of options for people with busy lives (we figure that’s everyone these days).
Our regular martial arts programs start with a 6 week Introductory Program. This introduces fundamental techniques used in Japanese Goju Ryu karate, including concepts of self defense & falling skills. The Karate gi (uniform) is included with the 6 week introduction.
After completing the Introductory session, students can continue their development with a regular monthly membership.
We are introducing 3 new Programs that are run monthly on a monthly basis. No gi (uniform) is required, and afternoon times are available. They are: Karate Club 1 & 2, Bear Cubs and Martial Movements. Check below for more details.
