Martial Arts have always been centered on mindful practice, leading to an effective exercise of mind, body and spirit. Utilizing this principle is the foundation of the ACT+ program.
Martial Movements
Are you an older adult, have physical challenges, or just prefer lower intensity exercise?
Martial Movements provides strength, aerobic and balance exercise you need to improve your health. It is gentle exercise and effective exploration of self-defense. This program allows you to progress and learn specific karate fundamentals, without the higher intensity our core martial arts program. We adapt for each student individually. Classes forming now to start in January 2025.
